I have a new keypad with intercom.   After following directions to pair, and add a code, I can’t get the keypad to work.   The intercom part and call button work fine, but you can’t grant permission or add a code for the gate.   Called Mighty Mule tech support, and they said they will send a RMA number.  It’s been over a week now and no response from them.   Not too happy with the support team.

5 of 5 Mighty Mule love It September 4, 2018

Outstanding delivery service. Could not find any product sold through brick and mortar. Ordered on Amazon, but the outside company failed to notify me that they did not have stock. Then went to Mighty Mule  website and ordered. So suprised as they shipped for 1/16 that Amazon company offered. Great service.

1 of 5 Product Review April 30, 2018

I needed some information about this wireless intercom and keypad so I called technical support. Sadly, I can't get anyone to either answer the telephone.  I called 3 times on 3 different days and each time I waited for at least 30 minutes on hold.  I tried hitting zero to no avail.  My question at this point is what happened to this company? They provide the worst customer experience imaginable.   A shockingly poorly managed company which has lead to me losing faith in their products.  Off to find a competent alternative.  What choice to I have?

im not sure how they have come up with the claimed 500 ft
We cannot get 150 feet from the gate with the base station and it’s just static
Even if it did work the 280 foot distance we need ,drivers would never be able to hear the instructions unless their ear was right to the keypad

Wish I had read the reviews first

3 of 5 Okay as a doorbell December 12, 2016
Reviewer: Linda Hamid from Roseville, CA United States
I basically use this as a doorbell and it works great for that. We had to get a better gate opener but it didn't have the ability to have a visitor press a CALL button that would ring in the house. That being said, my 2nd Mighty Mule  wireless intercom just stopped working, so I will be ordering a new one. 3rd on in 10 years so they last about 3 years.
