5 of 5 Worked fine until destroyed by a truck! April 13, 2020
Reviewer: Donald Monnot from Mequon, WI United States
The keypad worked fine through 4 years of regular use. Even in the Wisconsin winters at -25 degrees it worked like a charm. The only problem was that a delivery truck drove into it and ripped the keypad and post out of the ground and ripped the wires off the keypad. Ouch! Now I need to replace it. Great product, and would recommend it. Even after blasting it with the discharge from my snowblower, all I had to do was wipe the snow off and it worked every time. No issues. Great product (if you don't live near salt water--I don't use salt on my driveway).

2 of 5 Product Review April 5, 2020
Reviewer: John T from South Texas Coast
The gate opener keypad worked well for about 6 months. We're only about 1/2 mile from the ocean in south texas. It corroded and I needed to clean the contacts with sand paper every 6 mths or so to keep it working. I also noticed the battery box is all plastic and the plastic bends out over time which causes the batteries to not be pushed against the contacts properly. It's just a cheap and poorly designed keypad. The battery compartment should have some steel in it to keep from bending due to pressure from the battery contact springs and it seems it should be sealed better from the outside to help prevent corrosion.
