Hard to get smart device to connect and have had nothing but issues since installing. Also will lose connection randomly and have to go through whole connect process every time. 👎

This device does not work well at all. It is difficult to get connected to your wifi network and every 24 hr drops off the wifi network and does not reconnect on its own. I am required to delete the device off the app and go through the setup process again. During the setup process, when the device starts registering, it crashes. If I keep trying, it eventually connects but the next day it loses the network again. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service with no real resolution. I am returning this device and regretting trying the "smart gate" system. Reading the reviews on about the app, this seems to be a very common issue.
