7 months and still no gate.

Man from House advisor installed Mighty Mule 260 but could not get it to work correctly after several attempts. He disappeared leaving us without receipts, invoice, warranty card or other paperwork. The motor appears to be broken so I call Mighty Mule and explained the situation. They provided a new motor at no charge. Next I hired a technician for a security business. He installed the new motor and brackets, which I had ordered and paid for. This fix lasted a few days. He came out and said the lock mechanism was broken and ordered another. After about 4 weeks he installed the new lock and made adjustments. This "fix" resulted in the plastic front mount bracket being pulled from the motor housing. I ordered and paid for a new metal front mount bracket. It came in today 11/06/2020. So it's been many months without an electric gate. I think no fault of Mighty Mule. I received good service from them. Monday 11/09/2020 I will start the installation one last time.
