Reviews are limited to 1200 characters so I’ll keep this brief. (Thorough review not accepted). I’ve had the product just over a year and have never been able to get everything to work at one time. Customer service is only available on weekdays and you have to be next to the opener to talk through the checklist. Replacement boards are unavailable for a year now. I have replace 2 arms and the control board at different times and still having issues. This time with the obstruction sensor. Still no replacement boards available. I’ll add this is the 1st 1 star review I’ve ever given. So dissatisfied with this product. This is a poorly made product with horrible service.
