Shipping Terms & Return Policy

Standard Shipping Policy:

Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $350. Free shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the continental United States. (excluding Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii.)

We process, ship and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

  • Orders typically ship within 2 business days. We use UPS ground shipping for all orders in the continental US.

  • All Next Day, 2nd Day & 3 Day Select orders will ship by the following business day. If you place your order over the weekend or on a holiday, your order will not start processing until the following business day.
  • Your order will be delayed if your shipping address is a PO Box. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, someone will be in contact with you for a physical shipping address. If we cannot reach you to obtain a physical shipping address we will cancel your order.


Gate Shipping Policy:

Free Shipping on all gate orders with a valid shipping address in the continental United States.
(Excludes: Canada, Alaska and Hawaii)

  • Gate orders typically ship within 7 to 21 business days. We ship Ground LTL Truck for all gate orders shipped in the continental United States.
  • Expedited shipping is not available for Gate orders.
  • All gate orders must ship to a physical address. PO Box addresses are not accepted.
  • We will contact you within 2 to 5 business days to go over your order, including shipping and delivery information and to answer any questions you may have.

Where We Ship:

United States:

Orders ship UPS ground within 2 business days. Expedited orders (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select) will ship the following business day. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will start processing on the following business day.

Hawaii and Alaska:

Orders ship UPS 2nd Day Air within 1 business day. If you would prefer to ship UPS Ground please call us at (855) 644-4891 and we will be happy to process your order over the phone.

Canada:

We currently do not offer shipping to Canada on the store. However you can contact us directly and we will be happy to process the order for you over the phone. We can be reached M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm EST at (855) 644-4891.


International Orders:

We currently do not offer shipping to these locations on the store. However you can contact us directly and we will be happy to process the order for you over the phone. We can be reached M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm EST at (855) 644-4891.


Canceling an Order:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by calling (855) 644-4891. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been processed and/or shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy below.


Return Policy:

Mighty Mule merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. We do not issue credit for expedited shipping cost. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in undamaged condition and returned in their original packaging, including all manuals, documentation, hardware and other included components. No returns will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) number printed on the outside of the return shipping box, along with a copy of the original sales invoice enclosed with the returned products. To obtain an RA number please call our Technical Service Department at (800) 543-1236, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.
